What can I expect at my first appointment?

The initial visit with Dr. Lee is scheduled for 2 hours.

The initial visit with Dr. Annette is scheduled for 1 hour.


First appointments include:

  • An in depth case history review

  • A full body Zyto scan (a bio-survey that scans the body for any targeted stressors/areas of focus within the body) Only for Dr. Lee’s patients

  • Applied Kinesiology

  • Chiropractic care - Only for Dr. Lee’s patients

  • NET (Neuro Emotional Technique)

  • Diet/Nutrition/Supplements

How should I prepare for my initial visit?

At the time of scheduling your appointment, you should have received an email with a link to set up your patient portal with us.

  • Please be sure to fill out all intake forms via our patient portal prior to your appointment time. These intake forms can be found under the Questionnaires tab of your patient portal.

  • Please bring all supplements, medications, and/or prescriptions you are currently taking.

  • You may bring any past lab testing to share with the doctor, but it is not required.

How much is the initial visit?

Pricing varies depending on each individual practitioner. Please call our office to inquire about practitioner and pricing.

What about follow-up appointments?

Following your first visit, appointments with Dr. Lee are scheduled for one hour long and usually on a monthly basis. At the end of each appointment, Dr. Lee will advise a suggested time frame for you to return.

Dr. Annette’s follow-up sessions are based on 15-minute increments, and she will advise a suggested time frame to schedule a follow-up.

Do you take insurance?

We are considered out-of-network and unfortunately do not bill insurance directly. We can provide Superbills for you to submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement depending on your plan coverage.

Do you have parking?

There is 2-hr street parking or a large parking lot connected to the Bank and other establishments. We also have a parking lot behind our building (off of Mound Ave.) You’re welcome to park in any open #300 designated spots.

48hr Cancellation Policy

To maintain the highest standard of service at Kin Health, we kindly request patients to confirm their appointments at least 48 hours in advance. Non-confirmation of an appointment within this time frame may lead to its cancellation. Friendly reminders will be provided to encourage patients to cancel or reschedule if necessary. However, please note that any changes made less than 48 hours before the appointment will incur a charge equivalent to half the visit cost.

CONTRAINDICATIONS FOR MLD/CDT MASSAGES (you cannot be treated if you have any of the following):

  • Have had any Cosmetic surgery in the last 3mo

  • Acute Infection

  • Renal Failure

  • Cardiac Edema

  • Acute DVT (Deep Vein Thrombosis)

  • Acute Bronchitis

  • Severe Congestive Heart Failure (Unmedicated)

  • Severe Hypertension or Crisis

  • Pregnancy

  • Acute Infections

  • Arterial diseases

  • Spasticity
